iMotoTrip is designed to work entirely offline. All data you enter is stored locally on your device and includes:

• Motorcycle Information: Brand, model, year, specifications (tank capacity, tire pressure, etc.)
• Trip Data: Trip names, dates, distances, fuel consumption
• Checkpoint Data: Odometer readings, fuel amounts, costs, photos (stored locally)
• Service Records: Maintenance history, parts information
• Suspension Settings: Custom suspension configurations

1.2 Photos and Camera Access

With your permission, iMotoTrip may access your camera and photo library to:

• Capture photos of odometers and fuel pump displays
• Perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract numbers from photos
• Store photos locally as part of your checkpoint records

All photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party services.

1.3 In-App Purchases

iMotoTrip offers a Pro subscription ("iMoto Pro Lifetime") through Apple's App Store. When you make a purchase:

• Apple processes your payment information directly
• We receive only transaction verification data (no credit card details)
• Your purchase status is stored locally and synced through Apple's systems

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely for:

• Calculating fuel consumption and trip statistics
• Tracking motorcycle maintenance and service history
• Managing suspension settings
• Generating PDF reports for your personal use
• Verifying Pro subscription status

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Data is encrypted using iOS built-in security features
• Photos are compressed and stored locally (typically under 1MB per image)
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the app

4. Third-Party Services

iMotoTrip does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service we use is:

• Apple StoreKit: For processing In-App Purchases (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app
• Export: You can export trip reports as PDF files
• Delete: You can delete individual records or uninstall the app to remove all data
• Camera/Photos: You can revoke camera and photo library permissions in iOS Settings at any time

iMotoTrip is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
